Abhinandan Joshi
Relationship Officer, INCAS, Gurgaon
Chapter is an alumnus of INC Allahabad
(2006). He hails from Allahabad, also
known as Prayag, a city in the North Indian state
of Uttar Pradesh, situated at the confluence of
the Ganges and Yamuna rivers. His father is a
Senior Engineer in Indian Telephone Industries,
located at Allahabad and his mother is a
homemaker. He has one elder and two younger
brothers who are well-settled in and around
Allahabad. Abhinandan pursued all his
academics right from his schooling to post
graduation in Allahabad. He started his career
with Overnite Express Ltd., Mumbai, into which
he was placed through campus selection. After
one year, he joined Kotak Mahindra Bank, New
Delhi, as a Deputy Manager, Retail Sales.
Abhinandan joined INCAS as a Relationship Officer on December 08, 2008. He is a
committed officer, as he says, "I believe that the core duty of any alumni Relationship
Officer is to strive for networking among the alumni. A commitment to work for the
welfare of our alumni is also important for a good officer." Abhinandan is all praise
for INCAS as he says, "I appreciate the initiative taken by INCAS to strengthen the
bond between the alumni and their Alma Mater by way of CEC Meets, Alumni Meets
and above all, through the impressive magazine, INCAS Network." He also feels that
the support he is getting from the alumni of his Chapter is worth mentioning. To
relate in his words, "The support I get from our alumni for new initiatives is invaluable
and praiseworthy. To mention a few among them are the Mentorship Plan and the
Short-term Project initiative."
Abhinandan is very active in making all the events in his chapter quite lively by
keeping in frequent touch with his alumni and inviting their comments and suggestions
from time to time.
Abhinandan correlates personal and professional life quite convincingly as he says, "Enjoy
the joy of your life to the utmost. At the same time, enjoy your professional life too because
if your professional life is good, only then will your personal life also be good. There is a
correlation between professional life and personal life."
He has grand notions about INCAS as he feels, "INCAS is a community, which enables us
to be in one another's memories and thoughts even after completing our program."
He, as the part of the INC community, takes it a privilege to advice his fellow alumni
"Instead of cherishing the old memories, why not we create one everyday? Why not
we be together throughout our lifetime where each one of us can help everyone in
this community? Why not we challenge the world and show that we people can
change it the way we want? So let's get up and be a part of this INCAS and be
together forever and make the INC proud!"
Munish Trighatia
Relationship Officer, INCAS,
Panchkula Chapter, has
pursued Bachelor of Arts
with Honors in English from
Kurukshetra University. He
further pursued Master of Arts in
English from the same University.
He has also done MBA in
International Business from Guru
Jambeshwar University, Hissar
(Haryana). He has a vast
experience in education, insurance
and pharmaceutical sectors. He
started his career with Nicholas
Piramal India Ltd., which is
one of the top-ranking
pharmaceutical companies, as
Territory Sales Manager. Then he
shifted to Bajaj Allianz Life
Insurance Company as Sales
Manager. He joined INCAS, as a
Relationship Officer in November
2008 at Panchkula. This job is
very apt for him as he says, "I
love to interact with people."
He suggests that everybody should
be innovative in their respective
fields, as he says, "We were all born
equal, with the same 24 hours in
the day. What makes us unequal is
what we do with those 24 hours."
